I think since swiftblade is based on his swords, this shouldn't be changed as well as he still is an agility hero and therefore not suitable for an heavy armored warrior.
Although i'd rly like a warhammer style alt (ur last pic)

Edit: Just thought about the idea again and in my opinion Berzerker would perfectly fit into your concept.
