Yesterday i played a game where we lost and before passing the vote to concede a player bought up all the remaining wards in the shop and placed them at the well, one next to another (then passed the vote). This used to count as item misuse and stat manipulation, but my ticket was refused. Why is that?
Once the outcome of the game has been decided, placing the wards in the fountain no longer constitutes game ruining. It's still stat manip. yeah, but you would have to do it every game for there to be a huge difference me things.
Was this a while back, or today? And did you place them AT THE END OF THE GAME, or while they could've been useful? If the answer is the former, appeal it. If the answer is the latter, you had it coming.
I think a player spamming wards at the base should be a baned no matter what. Lets take for example a match I played yesterday, there was this guy playing Gravekeeper, he was our support and we kept asking him to buy wards, but he refused the entire game (like 50min). Then at the end of the game when the enemy was destroying the throne he goes and buys a bunch of wards ans spamms the base.
To me this a clear case of griefing, he knew he was the support, he knew he was supposed to buy wards but he refused just out of spite. And then he buys a bunch of them at the end just to keep his ward stats intact. And since this is not banable anymore, almost every game people are doing that.
This has been answered a million times:

We do not feel that multi-day suspensions are justified for trivial stat boosting when it does not impact the other 9 players at all.
