Can't connect to chat server and No Response from Servers

Hi,

To start off the discussion when I log into Hon it usually dosn't connect to the chat server (meaning i can't do anything but look at the store etc. no tmm or smm). So I keep relogging until I am connected which is about 4-5 relogs. By that time i'm really ticked so when I actually do get the opportunity to queue it loads but then about 5 seconds after a pop up shows up (in game during queue) and says "No Response". So I try to keep relogging and repeating the steps, and frankly so far no luck. I'd appreciate if I could get this fixed because I invested a lot of money into Hon and I really don't want it to go to waste. Thanks.

Holy Crap, really S2? I paid a lot of money to enjoy HON and this is the kind of service I get????
