Character does not move or attack some times.

Hi, I've had a game with Tempest (most noticable) where in the first 10 mins Tempest did not respond to 1 order given, i gave the command to attack a neutral creep but tempest stood still and did not move. The minions did attack and we not blocking his path. I have been noticing this bug a lot lately where any character sometimes does not follow a command given mostly attack commands and just stops. I did not give the attack command by using the ''A'' button but just by right clicking. Also the pathing seems to suffer from a similar incidental responds or lack of responds. I sadly cannot find back the tempest game as hon also does not show a lot of the games in the match list. As soon as it happens again and i get a chance to get the game ID i will post this. As of yet this is info on a problem that is getting a bit of a burden.
