    Rapture

    Rapture

    Theme
That's right. It's a raptor with a lab coat and a crazy grin. He is also a support with anti-carry spells.

    Lore
In a land far, far away, Raptors evolved superhuman intelligence and laughed at the petty young lings of Newerth. In their Jurassic park they devised ominous tools for which to bring the civilized warfare of Raptoria to the battlefield of the primitives. As their envoy on this most glorious adventure, they sent their most crazed scientist, for in all honesty the mission was less glorious and more glaring. Unfortunately for all involved, Rapture the mad raptor scientist soon fell in love with war and never even bothered teaching anyone anything.

    Role
    Support / Ganker
Rapture is a hero which excels as the babysitter as he has a great harassing passive, while his third skill is great for keeping enemies on their toes and harassing even more. His first skill is a great tool for netting kills on enemies, especially if they engage your carry. In this way, Rapture is at his best as a babysitter. When the laning phase ends, Rapture looses some of his strength and has a somewhat weak ganking potential. The true strength of Rapture after the laning phase is to abrupt and minimize the power of the enemy carries.

Not the picture I was expecting for a hero named Rapture.

Edit: I get the name now: Rapture = Raptor + Vulture.

Actually I named him Rapture in the same spirit as a panda is called Pandamonium :P

As for the hero, no comments at all? I really feel like the ultimate should be redone, but I do not have any great ideas but I know there is something that can really work for this hero.

To be honest, not at the moment.

like the idea, although a few tweaks, give the 1st and 4th skill a max of charges and number of attacks.

i suggest a max of 7 charges on the 1st skill for a total of 30% increased damage taken.

for the ult i would say go for a max of 3 attacks per hero and a total of max 6 attacks, this would be a total of 2100 magic damage distributed over a minimum of 2 heroes.

movement speed raptor ? i suggest 375/400/425 so he can chase most heroes.

That's right. It's a raptor with a lab coat and a crazy grin. Oh, and he supports his team by disturbing the enemy.
The image reminds me of some really sad part from Full Metal Alchemist :/

Q seems sorta like Riftwalker's second skill (but damage amp instead of slow). Is there a cap?

W also kinda seems like Riftwalker's first skill (delayed AoE pull) :P
By "up to" you mean they can't be pulled behind the device I assume?

I also think you might need to better explain how the multi-flask thing works. Does that accumulate all flasks into a single "flask" so if an enemy gets hit, he gets hit by all 6 at the same time? And what balances out the 540 magic damage from this skill?

For the ultimate, the way it works you actually WANT the enemy to break the egg? Also the damage per attack seems rather high, but depends on how many attacks it can have I guess.

Decent spells, overall good looking hero. I'd like to see more synergy in the spells though. Fix the W too because that won't work out to well. It would be hard to place in game, and if you don't get it just right it would be very overpowed. If it's not big enough it would be useless so.. just think about that.
