got almost kicked a few days ago...first time i felt i didn't deserve it.
the sad thing were that suddenly, whitout evident reason,a wild bh call kick vote,3 out of 5 passed, than some one asked "why?" and he replyed "he mocked me"...now,all i said to him for all the game was :" pls BH don't feed " because he was doing 2/12/0...i mean,i'm terrible player but i think i did deserve to say that,so yes:sometime kick system get abused
I do hope you are right about that, I really do. Because when I played HoN on regular basis (2 months ago), I could reasonably doubt the competence of the GMs that review tickets. The only times I report are for obvious griefing and trolling. The last of my 3 reports were not reviewd at all and my deposti returned to me. Not to mention couple cases of more than obvious griefer/flamer who did not get ban, because some... GM deemed him innocent.
How can a guy that constantly during an almost hour game rages, insults his team for no reason and this behaviour still does not qualify as verbal abuse? You explain to me that MacroHard if you can.

I think all kicks have some intention behind it. Be kind and kindness will be given to you.
I don't rage so I've never witnessed a kick for me.
But my condolences for the people who did.
"I've never seen it so it does not exist" : cool bro
My opinion ? Be kind and get kicked.
How can any man older than 12 honestly believe that 4 kids playing HoN will kick their teammate for a fair reason ?
I have seen plainty of people getting kicked for no reason (and I did participate to the kick, either because it was their team or because I just didnt like the guy) and of course I have been kicked plainty of times for no reason (I hadnt say anything and played normally, I mean Im not a pro but I do my best)
Kick system is everything but fair/useful.
My advice if you dont want to be kicked, be more agressive than the guy willing to kick you. Thats how fair and instructive kick system is.

I have been banned 3x, appealed it all 3x, and not had a single appeal responded to. For the latest one, I waited for over a week and no response. I emailed support and they said that they don't deal with it and I must wait patiently for the GM's to respond to it. Which they never did. If you call that efficiently and fairly, I've got some beachfront property in Montana I'd like to sell you. Truth is the bans are handed out quickly (with what often appears to only be a cursory look at the chat log -- I'm not convinced they even look at the replay), and the appeals are never looked at.
(For what it's worth, these bans were for things like putting wards in the fountain as the base fell to mega-creeps and being accused of feeding a disconnected ally to Kongor.)
Today my team tried to kick me for not helping taking 2nd tier enemy tower (while one of us was dead, and I was farming).
Funny fact was that I was Tdl farming 534gpm in the 19th minute and finishing my item.
Getting kicked is more or less always a good thing in that situation. You probably shittalked them, but more than likely, they deserved it. When a higher rated player picks a hard carry, it's smart to pick support and help him out - not shittalk him for picking a carry and then pick stupid picks and feed, then cry hes not carrying you.
1) If they kick you and lose, it's because they're morons and kicked a player 200 points higher than them on a carry. You lost .1 points. Lol at them.
2) If they kick you and win, you still get the MMR for winning (who cares), and more importantly, can start another game without leave% going up. Thanks for saving time.
I love nothing more than when 1700 pubs kick me and shittalk me after, and then lose the game. Meanwhile, all they did was help me save time.

RAP system is quite broken. I've had a lot of tickets underturned, I even ticketed 3 players in my team who started avoiding AFK while in the fountain for half the game, one of them got suspended, just one out of 3, for THE VERY SAME REASON. How is that not broken?. I've also reported a friend of mine who purposedly grieved for the whole match (I even ticketed him more times) and he NEVER got suspended. So im pretty sure GM's are just rolling the dices everytime they see a ticket, and deciding by giving it a random chance based on how's the sun shinning or the mood of the moment, then banning or not.
The kick system is also broken; you don't want to concede? Good, get kicked, then concede.

The most recent appeal was the 2nd week of June. While I appreciate the apology, it does nothing to resolve the fact that the account was banned that entire time, and moreover doesn't do anything about the fact that the ban and the others that are equally frivolous are on record on my account. To say my experience with the bans and appeals has been frustrating would be an understatement, especially when blatant griefing goes unpunished because it falls in the "grey" area but frivolous things such as dropping a ward in the fountain as mega-creeps are destroying the shrine do warrant a ban. (I know the policy on this particular issue has since been changed, but it was ridiculous before and is still ridiculous now.)
This thread is getting off topic, as it is becoming an "RAP is broken" unfounded accusation thread.
Moving to RAP Feedback and closing.
