Cannot connect to chat server/games.

So I have a problem connecting to chat server, finding public games and connecting to public games and even when connected to the chat server the problem is still there.
1/50 times I try to join a public game I get connected, otherwise it's just the normal "No response from server"
When I finally get into a game everything works fine and it's just like normal. After the game, it's back to finding a game for about 10-30 minutes.

What I have tried:

Opened ports.
Tried deleting cfgs and then starting HoN, no difference.
Tried deleting everything then reinstall, no difference.
Tried going through all the solved threads in the network forum, no sucess in anything there.
Lots more that I don't remember what they are right now, most of it atleast.

EDIT:
For about 11 hours, 6th June from like 12:00pm CET - 23:00pm CET I could play fine and then I couldn't join **** in the end again.

EDIT: Since I couldn't ping any IP adress in cmd I googled the problem and later on did a dnsflush and so far it works. Would say this solves the case for me atleast, embaressed that I didn't even consider doing that...

Hi, I have the same problem, not being able to play a game because of "No Response" and sometimes i can not connect to chat server, can you help me?

The thing that worked for me atleast is you close down all open applications such as web browser and everything else, then you hold windows button and press R. There should come up a window where you type cmd and press enter. Now a black window should be open in which you write ipconfig/flushdns and that solves my problem atleast, don't know if it's the same for you.
