I think your highest priority when playing Pebbles, Deadwood or Witch Slayer mid is to get your boots and portal key as early as possible. In most situations this will be easier staying in your lane, farming away. After that you should be trying to set up kills all over the place.

Funny how you left Plague Rider aside, since going mid with him and farming a PK is a bannable offese

This just happened to me, I was playing Parasite, Hag vs MoA Mid, bot lost hard, Mid blamed me for hmi losing mid, I don't understand why he blamed me for not ganking and not the guys who fed bot

I guess I just don't really see him mid or with a PK, so I can't comment on this!
