Hero of a terminated player still in the game

In a no-stats game, a player disconnected (during the picking phase if I recall). The player was subsequently terminated from the game. However, the player's hero (pyromancer) remained in the well and could still be selected, for example by hitting the tilde key. The player was not visible under the votekick menu because they had been terminated already.

I am fairly sure this isn't a new bug but I didn't come across it in the known issues or indeterminate bugs list.

EDIT: found a thread addressing the same bug in the confirmed sub-forum. Having a sticky of "known issues" which doesn't actually include all the known issues is a little misleading.
