[1600+ | USE/USW] Looking for players to start a semi-competitive team

As the title states, I'm trying to start a semi-competitive team. When I say semi-competitive I mean TMMing in Lockpick mode and the occasional scrim.
Prerequisites:
Please be at least 18. (Or at least mature)
1600+ MMR
Willingness to compete
Composure, not going to rage/rage quit
And a sense of humor.

Open Positions: None at the moment

We do have a mumble server.
