Why do new items always have to be big items, I personally think it be much nicer to see new smaller items which could be used more often that those big items that are barely gonna get picked up

I don't think there is one hero that would need such an item, cause first Runed cleaver = for carries.
Sacrificial stone = for supports and initiators
Icon of the goddess = for mid heroes or heroes that need to be build tanky, Torturer,defiler,Soulreaper and there is NO way a ranged hero would get runed cleaver.
