Hello,
this has been bugging me for some time now,
a few months ago I reported a player, the matter was not resolved in a week, so I got the silver back, but I don't really care about the silver. I want to know what happened.
The following 2 tickets:

You should have recieved an email about the resolution of your ticket even if your deposit is refunded.
I think if the matter was not resolved, the ticket got discared and nothing happened? If you haven't got a mail about what happened, i think that's it

This is sooo weird, I reported the player on April 27, and got a emails that the tickets were not yet reviewed on May 4.
Anyway, thanks for looking into it.

I'm assuming you're West of the IDL. Your ticket was submitted on April 26 our time. =)
I looked at it again, and I think I know what happened.
Order of events:
-Suspect is reported by somebody else
-Suspect is reported by you
-Suspect is found guilty for the ticket by somebody else
-Your ticket is auto-closed because we do not retroactively suspend for offenses that occurred prior to a different suspension
For example, several people report the same player from several matches. If any of them are guilty, the other open tickets are no longer necessary.
