Staff of the Herd (3500)
Composed of:
Arcana (1575)
Bolstering Armband (450)
Fleetfeet (450)
Apprentice's Robe (450)
Staff of the Herd recipe (625)
Effects:
8 strength
8 agility
16 intelligence
25 damage
15 attack speed
125% mana regeneration
adds a 15% splash in a 900 unit radius to regular attacks. This is an attack modifier.
seems like a very boring item, though probably decent for ranged heroes with either low mana pool, which still requires farm, like bomb.
sadly I think it would be too much of a situational damage item.
Would mostly be a PuB item anyways
This item is way to strong!
The stats for the item is ok, but there is a reason why runedcleaver doesn't work on ranged heroes, first of it would be to good for the ranged carries.
Also if you would put this item on the hero called "puppetmaster" he would one shot the whole enemy team with his whiplash + this item (which is also an int carry item).
Not to mention heroes like draconis or forsaken archer that will do so much damage with their split shots.
Edit: the main reason why it's so strong is the 900 radius which is HUGEEEE. It's about the size of zephyrs ult.
maybe if you made it the same splash as the cleaver has and also reduced the 15% down to something like maybe 10% also making this a attack modifier was a really good move because then if it wasn't it would be a very strong item so i think lowering the splash to fit the cleavers splash and reducing the 15% to 10% should balance the item.
