So, if I play 15 midwars alone, and 10 normal with friends, I'll get everything? Or does midwars not count for anything?

Well this has killed my weekend

I don't think midwars counts for anything except Doll Master alt. And do we need 4 friends or is 1 friend sufficient?

Games with friends (non-Mid Wars) count for all three things. Games alone only count for the two solo things (Puppet and 25 games).
And there'll be an easy way for you to see your progress, so don't worry about keeping track yourself. :-D

Yay I would gain 5 skins from this and pretty much nothing else, and those skins I havent bought beouse they are in my opinion inferior to their original avatars.. Well the puppet skin looks sweet though ^^

1. "with friends" means any amount? I mean would 1 friend be enough or?
2. Do the first 10 games count in 25 for mega-bundle?
