This competition is in fact open to South Americans, it is open to all participants who are legally allowed to play in tournaments (sorry quebec ) and have access to the NA/EU/OC client!

Any chance the Quebec situation might be fixed at some point (for other events) or is impossible with the current legislation?

1. Teams must be present within 15 minutes of the designated start time (21.00 CEST, 3PM EDT, 12PM PDT).

3PM EDT is UTC -4 hours, Sydney time is +10 therefore 14 hours ahead therefore game time is 5AM
