Hi,
I have been playing HON for a while now and really likes it but the biggest drawback of HON is without a doubt the messed up voting system!
Say that we are playing a auto match game, after a while we see that there is no chance of having any more fun with this match for example if we is under with 4 vs 20 or somthing like that. The natural thing is to CC BUT to be able to CC we need all 5 votes from the team!? it is not enouth with 4vs1 votes!? This is really not a good solution. Often there are players that do not even know how to cc or how to cummunicate but most of the time its just a troll that likes to make life hard for other players.
Yes I get that this is a teamplay game but when one of the players do not help and do not grant CC what is then the point?
Pleas explsan why we need all 5 votes for CC.
Then we got the kick voting system, this is in fact wors becouse here we need 9 / 10 votes to get a player kicked. Even if all on the team votes for it will fails as soon as any on the the other team votes down!? Why? If this is a TEAM play game should it not be up to the team to decide when to kick someone? Of course the uposite team wants to win so even if its a obvious kick thay will not grant it in 99% of the cases and this together with the CC voting system will totaly destroy the fun.
Why not simple provide some sort of democracy for this, that will make the game alot more fun.
You are taking for granted that all players is good players but we all know how bad players can behave as soon as the match os going down the drain and this makes the game not as fun for the rest.
Why? Because sometimes a person thinks there is a chance they can make a turnaround and still win
yesterday had a game we were winning hard, enemies wanted to cc but their tremble refused, they tried even to kick him, and after half an hour tremble turned the game around and won.

And then something weird happened. We began losing team fights. Not like 5 for 0 exchanges, but we would lose 4 to 3 or something. And then it began shifting towards our opponents... and bh carried.

Also, by 30 minutes in the amount needed to cc goes down to 4.
Yes it have happen that the game have turned but thats about 1 of 100 games I have played and in these cases the teams is not extremly unbalnaced.
Played one game today, the team stats was 32 vs 6 and all but one wanted to CC, did we CC? No we hade to play another 20 min, fun? No not at all and it often results in switching back to desktop and doing somthing else becouse even if the teams is way unbalanced you can not disconnect without getting penalties.
Yes you could struggle on but that will only give your profile a really bad stats, and how fun is it to play when almost the entire team nows that this is a lost game?
And the kicking voting is also way off, there is no chance to kick a user untill the game is almost over(becouse no one cares at that point), it dosent mather how bad the player behaves.
I have played HON alot but this voting system will without a doubt be the reson I quit playing.
Yet another 21 vs 1 game and we hade to go thow the whole game becouse of one player. Fix this now!
