Ignis:
Adds an additional 25 magic damage to your attack per stack.
Manacost: 25
Gains 1 charge per 3 seconds.
Maximum of 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 charges.
Solumn:
Grants +5 health per second per stack.
Manacost: 25
Gains 1 charge per 3 seconds.
Maximum of 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 charges.
Tonitrus:
Grants +15 MS per stack.
Manacost: 25
Gains 1 charge per 3 seconds.
Maximum of 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 charges.
Spellblade:
On attack, if there are any charges on Spellblade, casts a spell corresponding to your currently active stacks of Ignis, Solumn and Tonitrus.
1/2/3 charges
Ignis: Molten Blast:
Sends a wave of liquid fire in the target direction, dealing 75 * Ignis Level damage and reducing the magic armor of units hit by 1 per level of Ignis.

Actually a very good idea! However, I think you need to change something about first 3. Lumen etc. to something that scales... or something more than mspd

Reworked ultimate. Now the hero isn't Invokerish anymore. Also removed the 3 max stacks limit for the 3 regular skills, as that was only necessary before.
And yes, the abilities themselves don't scale currently, was gonna add +stats to each (because atm you only get a benefit from leveling them every 2 levels).

I had an idea similar to this once(I like melee int carries for some reason), to make up for the scaling I took a Shadowblade type of approach where the skills got a portion of the primary stats so they scaled up. Something like:
Ignis: Adds 15 magic damage and an additional 10% of your Intelligence as magic damage to your attack per stack.
Manacost: 25
Gains 1 charge per 3 seconds.
Maximum of 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 charges.
Aer:
Grants +5 MS, +5 AS and an additional 10% of your Agility as MS and AS per stack.
Manacost: 25
Gains 1 charge per 3 seconds.
Maximum of 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 charges.
Terra:
Grants +5 health regeneration and 10% of your Strength as (Not sure what. Would probably need altered because health regeneration, lifesteal, armor/magic armor would all increase too much.) per stack.
Manacost: 25
Gains 1 charge per 3 seconds.
Maximum of 1/1/2/2/3/3/4 charges.
Spellblade:
On attack, if there are any charges on Spellblade, casts a spell corresponding to your currently active stacks of Ignis, Aer and Terra. Grants additional charges to Ignis, Aer and Terra based on the level of the skill.
Ignis: Exuro:
Produces a burst of flame on impact, dealing 50 damage, 25 damage per second and reducing the magic armor of affected units by 1 per Ignis charge.
Aer: Efflo:
Produces a sharp blade of wind as he swings, dealing 75 damage and reducing the armor of affected units by 2 per Aer charge. Knocks back all nearby enemies centered from the target.
Terra: Eruptio:
Tears the earth asunder, dealing 60 damage and rooting all affected enemies for 1 second per Terra charge.
An example build would be something like... Steamboots, Nullstone, Frostwolf's Skull. Use Vindicator's starting stats as an example, have Steamboots set to Int and at level 25 you get: 125 Str, 116 Agi, 141 Int. So you'd get 11.6 MS and AS and 14.1 magic damage per stack for Agi and Int.
