    The Medium

    Form of the Ice Wraith:
    The Medium takes on the form of an Ice Wraith, replacing his skills by two new ones and increasing his attack range to 500.



    Winter's Breath:
    The Medium freezes over target area. Enemy units stepping on it will be forced to move until they reach the end of the frozen area. Lasts for 4/5/6/7 seconds.

    Manacost: 135
    Cooldown: 20

    Wraith's Touch:
    The touch of the Ice Wraith's attacks chills their victims to the bone. Every attack increases the cooldown of abilities currently in cooldown on the target by 0.3/0.4/0.5/0.6 seconds.

    Passive


    Form of Earth's Herald
    The Medium takes on the form of Earth's Herald, replacing his skills with two new skills and gaining 5 bonus armor and magic armor .




    Earthen Wall:
    Places a 600 units long wall in a 180° angle in front of you. Units that get into 325 AoE of it are stunned for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Earthen Wall counts as building and may be destroyed in 6/8/10/12 attacks by heroes. Lasts indefinitely. Only one Earthen Wall may be active at any one time.

    Manacost: 80
    Cooldown: 24
    Range: 500

    Herald's Toughness:
    On being damaged, the Herald of Earth regenerates 50% of the damage taken over 8/7/6/5 seconds. New sources of damage overwrite older applications of regeneration if their potential healing done is higher than the remaining healing done of your current application of Everrenewing Earth.

    Passive


    Form of the Fire Lord
    The Medium takes on the Form of the Fire Lord, replacing your skills with two new ones, increasing your BAT to 1.5 and granting you 375 attack range.



    Fire's Radiance:
    Places Fire's Radiance at target location. Enemies within 450 AoE of it will be forced to move towards it and attack it. Takes 3/4/5/6 attacks to be destroyed. Enemies within the AoE take 30/45/60/75 magic damage per second. Lasts for 5 seconds or until destroyed.

    Manacost: 120
    Cooldown: 30

    Lords Courage:
    On being damaged, the Fire Lord retaliates by sending an Orb of Flame at the attacker, dealing 30/45/60/75 magic damage. Cannot trigger more than once every 2 seconds per attacker.

    Passive


    Ancient Lore
    The Mediums studies open new ways for her to channel her spirits. Grants additional passive abilities to your 3 forms.

    Fire Lord: Upon receiving damage sends an additional wave of 125/175/225 magic damage in the direction of the source of the damage for 1000 range, damaging anyone in its path. 2 Seconds CD.

    *Still needs 2 more skills.

    *SotM: Probably grants a 4th form, useable by pressing R (since ultimate is passive).
    *SotM: Also a possibility would be to allow for the creating of an effect everytime you shapeshift.
    *Since every form only has 2 skills it would be possible to fill the other two slots with your other two shapeshift abilities.

    I like the new thing u mentioned but i think it cant happen that Sotm gives u a new spell cuz usually Sotm boosts a spell not make a new one
    rlly unique hero
    But he has one nuke which Does 75 dps at max lvl which is kinda low
    maybe add a 0.1 ministun for lord's courage ?
    Considering ur hero has 3 elements forms (fire..Earthadn water) Form of the tornado lord seems appealing
    If One of my suggestion gets impelented i will rest in peace

    Ever heard of Nymphora's or Pharaoh's SotM abilities?

    But he has one nuke which Does 75 dps at max lvl which is kinda low
    If you properly combine your abilities it can actually end up being quite potent.

    Like the concept, especially with Ice->Earth. Which role would you assign him to? He seems like a gank/support, but i think he is subpar in both roles. He got great disables but no real damage. I can imagine him beeing more effective than others only in some rare scenarios.

    And i would like to suggest an ability for Earth-form:

    -20/40/60% of the damage healt, heals allies in a 500 radius around you.

    Ice-form:

    -Attacking you increases the Cooldown of spells that are currently on cooldown by 0.2/0.4/0.6

    Just some random ideas
