My suspension didn't end when it was supposed to

Hello, I got banned for avoiding afk somehow by a troll the other day. First of all I wonder how I am supposed to be able to appeal a gm decision when I am already banned since its impossible to log into this page then.

Now to my real problem. On the E-mail where I was informed about my suspension it said that it would end 03:18:04 EST, a few minutes ago that is. But when I log into my I account I still cant connect. Also when I try to log into the forums with my own account (this is a friends) it sais that there is still 5 hours left of my ban. I dont understand a thing, I was prepared to be able to play again 03:18:04 but now I cant...

I believe this is a case of time-zone conversion error.
