Who has the problem !??

I'm trying to download patch . But its downloading 4kb per second . And i closed hon . And I say :" i think its about of my internet connection .". And later i try to download anything. And its download 128kb per second . And again i open HoN . And again its give me 4kb per sec . What should i do ? I'm cannot playing HoN . Patch downloading too slow . Please help me ! Thanks

I'm experiencing the same problem. This has nothing to do with my router as other computers in the household seem to download the HoN patch quite fast. I'm stuck with 0.98 kb per second, i'm forced to run the computer for the whole day just to download this patch. I disabled firewalls, made exceptions, and deactivated my anti-virus, but nothing seems to work. I'm sick of not playing the whole friday. This issue needs to be solved!

The router is not the issue as other computers in the household can download the patch properly. Either way, I have connected to another router in my household, and I get the same result.

It's nice to see that after they implemented the new updater , despite all the problems , everybody at s2 just ignores all the problems that have been going on , real classy stuff.

Not using the correct avenue for technical support is the fault here, nidmorrskill. Please refrain from making baseless assumptions.

@BattleStone: odds are something else is limiting your download speed at the same time or your router requires specific tweaks. Please open a ticket at the Support Helpdesk for further help.
