My girlfriend of 4 years has started spewing "WHY U NO" and other disgusting over-done memes from reddit and 9gag, it's hurting our relationship quite a bit but I don't know how to explain my rage in a way that doesn't sounds psychopathic. I suggest you just change schools - personally, I'm moving out of town as an excuse.

I guess you should confront your gf with this and tell her how you feel, do it in a polite way and don't rage at her or tell her excessively how you feel about it. Correct her when she does it. Else...? Not sure how you can be in a relationship with a childish girl like her.
That's the part that baffles me. She's usually the mature one, and is on her way to becoming a lawyer. This **** just came out left-field and took me anally by surprise.

9GAG is fun, and the only people who typically don't like it are internet "vets" that have known about these memes for a long time. So some fresh users are taking interest in internet culture, what of it?
I think everyone should enjoy what they like (well, not EVERYTHING) but the problem with 9gaggers is that they usually spam everything to death with their forced memes and new experiences. Generally that's really iritating and especially if someone does that online, you shouldn't hesitate to give them a nice cup of shut the hell up.
