No name, Great idea for an item tho!

Okey so i got an idea for a new item, i havnt come up with a name for it, but i pretty much got every thing else figured out, so it starts of with an int10+ book of nymphoria or something, and a manatube anlong with a recepie that cost 450, so now we got 1000+875+450=2325 this item will give you 10+ int 100% mana reg, and 10 charges that when used do a aoe dmg and slow, the aoe is 250, the damage is 100, the mana cost is 100, the slow is 20% for 3 seconds, now when the charges are out you can buy one more recepie to fill them up, or you could buy buy the int25+ item for 2700 and get unlimited charges with 250 dmg, 30% slow 300 aoe, so now the cost is 2325+2700=5025, and it will give 35 int, 200% mana reg and the improved "nuke/slow" activation.
