What happens if a game ends while I'm dc-ed?
If it ends while in the 5 min waiting period for reconnect then nothing happens. The game added to your record and all stats take effect. If it does end after you are dismissed/kicked for afk then you get -10 mmr as penalty and a leave.
That is what I thought, so I have one more question.
If we have 5 players, when one of them disconnects, you only need 4 votes for a concede. Hypothetically, can this be used for a forced CC? You vote for a cc, one player refuses, you DC, and the game is over?
no it still takes 5 votes until the 5th player completely disconnects (ie after 5 minutes). then it takes 4. so no you can't force a CC like that.
I'm pretty sure this isn't true. I've conceded plenty of games that were like 8-71 after 24 minutes when the nosayer got disconnected. Aslong as he doesnt try to reconnect one less player is required for every vote.Originally Posted by RikiP

If the one who refuses DC's then yes.
the game will only count connected players for concede/pause votes.
concede votes require n votes
concede votes after 30 min require n-1 vote
where n is the amount of connected players.

That is what I thought, but the following situation happened. At the start of the game a player asked for a pause so he can DC and reconnect. He called for a vote, disconnected, I also voted up, and the counter stated 2/3...
