    How to play valk/behe lane?

Everyone always raves about how good this lane combo is (often comparing it to something like pyro/pesti or pyro/mag), but every time I try to run it I get destroyed. There are mana issues and even if behe and I land both our stuns it is still difficult for us to secure a kill unless behe got in a really good fissure block on top of a long stun from my arrow. After one or two failed combos we have no mana and pose no threat at all.

What sort of starting items should I be looking at? I've been going for ring of the teacher to help with the mana issues but then I usually have trouble getting last hits because valks base damage is pretty low. Does valk get basically all of the farm in this lane, and what should behe be doing?

I would really just like a complete run down of how to play this lane, because from what I understand it should be able to compete with any other lane combo thrown at it, yet I have not had any success even against weak lane combos.

    Thanks!

Harass opponents down and work on your last hits. I've faced plenty of lanes like those as a solo laner, and too often they don't harass me at all, which often leads to me being able to get away with a bit of HP (so many passive Ra+Monarchs back when that was popular lol).

RotT is definitely nice to have in that lane (well, almost any lane anyways) so getting tat Guardian Ring and getting it to RotT is nice for Valk. Behe should go for a Ring of Sorcery and start with items veered towards that.

Try to have Behemoth roam. He's great at setting up ganks and Valk can handle being a solo laner well against most.

Due to the nerf on valkyries arrow it's a lane that's become weaker since months ago, then again it's still a very good lane if you have some communication with ur team.
To me I prefer the lane magmus more since the stun is longer.

Behe should just stay in xp range and don't touch creeps, all the farm goes to valk.

Yes, cause having items like ring of sorcery and portal key is nothing of importance to Behemoths mid/lategame? Having a babysitting Behemoth is going to hurt him so much later, just saying.

Behemoth can easily farm with his skills and 2 mana pots, the main purpose is to get the farm on valkyrie, also a roaming behemoth is also very viable.
