I've got n apple computer and i downloaded HoN but every time i login it tells me theres a new update so i click yes and then
it loads for a bit and the update screen at the bottom comes on for about a half a second then it disappears and nothing happens?
how can i fix this!
Might be a security restriction. Disable your firewall/antivirus and/or add a exception to the HoN install directory.
You may also want to check up on your internet connection, in particular your router by bypassing it and connecting directly to your modem.

Hi loonytunez, I have the same issue as you.
After following the thread "Workaround for update issues" (http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/sh...pdating-issues), I am currently downloading the 2.6.4 client manually, and will tell you if it worked once finished.
If you want to do the same, you just need to enter http://dl.heroesofnewerth.com/HoNClient-2.6.4.dmg in your adress bar, and the download will start.
My download will finish in an hour, I'll keep you hooked up on wether it's working or not.
After download and new installation, same problem:
When asked for the new update, if I say yes it either blocks, or doesn't update... Any solution, someone?
It's a security problem if your computer is blocking it.
