    Skill 1 - Kinda bleh but would be fine as long as the numbers would be balanced. The cost for this skill in all areas is WAY to high. I would say it is UP

    I agree with chilly ulti just plain overpowered, I would just shoot people from the trees and they all melee couldnt do anything about it and ranged would lose vision as soon as he stopped shooting.

    Considering the hero more or less has no burst, no disables, and little pushing power (as in lane pushing), I find it would need something. Not to mention it's level 11 and especially 16 where the ultimate becomes strong. Much of the game is largely decided by the time 11 or 16 rolls around. If you take the ultimate away this hero is basically just a useless hero that is a little bit tanky and more or less does nothing else.

    The strong points of this hero are mobility, and obtaining gear quickly, but it's done in such a way that's unique, and at least to me, a quite interesting fashion. Instead of "blinks" or "charges" it can just go anywhere - but it's not fast (it's also not ranged and can't shoot from the forest). This makes this hero a lot weaker in that it can not quickly escape if you have slows/stuns/any control at all.

    The same goes with it's flash farming, which consists of killing creeps slowly but getting more money (and thus not pushing up lanes/clearing forests quickly). It can not push through creeps to level quickly, acting to hold it back, in addition to not actually be able to clear waves to get to the tower.

    Note: Sandwraith more or less has this characters ultimate at level 6/11/16 ultimate starting from level one, with the ADDITIONAL ability to teleport to any hero on the map. This hero is generally considered a weak one too. Just for some perspective.

    As for the ability to "nuke buildings", this is in the same vein of his ability to farm quickly without killing creeps quickly. If Nefas DOES get to a tower, and get there often, he can push the tower down - but unlike other pushers he is not able to easily push a creep wave up on demand. The range on this ability is very short and if he wants to nuke towers in the laning phase he would have to dive in past creeps and into tower range. Now in a 2v1 situation where Nefas/Ally are sitting at the tower, he has an advantage in pushing the tower early (this is his niche). While the value would maybe be better at 10%, it is not nearly as strong as you might think (especially the great cost of doing it). Ophelia could push a tower MUCH faster with a set of creeps.
