This. A thousand times this. Nomad can be one of the most mobile heroes in the game. Preferred build (may or may not be the Angrytestie build, I forget.):
Phase Boots, Genjuro, Sheilbreaker, Abyssal Skull, Behemoths Heart, Brutalizer.
Fun times.

Honestly every agi hero, the item is broken.

Gunblade is probably the best user of Genjuro though, he makes use out of it 3-fold in that he gets more agi for his shield, it gives him a great positioning mechanism AND slow to help keep him in point blank range for his passive, and his passive works based off agi (base damage) which again Genjuro provides. A decent Gunblade with a Genjuro+Symbol becomes INCREDIBLY hard to stop, and with a Wingbow on top of those near impossible :S

Nomad also makes huge use out of it because it gives him a BIG slow that allows him to eat anyone up, as well as the bonus damage from Shroud/Genjuro proccing with his critical passive.

All other agi ranged heroes make huge use out of it as well, you can basically kite any hero with it and they won't be able to get away.

Special mentions in particular are Corrupted Disciple, Moon Queen, Soulstealer as well as Swiftblade as it gives them a slow which they don't have to allow them to pound people down while not having to rely on Frostburn/FWS and instead can pick up Symbol which allows them to carry much harder with the combination, and it allows them to do some sneaky plays with invis.

But yeah, pretty much every agi hero can use it well so long as they have the gold. EW, FA, Arachna, Silhouette, Artillery, Engineer, Flint, Slither, Monkey King etc. can all benefit from it greatly. The only agi's I'd think twice about getting it on are obviously the ones that already have invis (Madman, Scout, Nighthound, Valkyrie, Fayde lol) because the enemy team already has incentive to buy a Boundeye to counter you and buying a Genjuro on top of that just makes it lols Then again Genjuro on Nighthound is pretty darn good, just not as your first pickup

Then it's also good on Puppet and Gladiator for pretty obvious reasons, though you should probably pick up other items before upgrading Shroud to Genjuro first for those heroes (At least Hellflower+Whispering for Puppet, or Riftshards+BeheHeart/Symbol for Gladiator).

tl;dr - Item is broken and pretty much good on any hero, if you have excess money try it on Panda, Salforis, Behemoth, Berserker, Predator, and long list of other heroes for the lulz

I feel Gravekeeper is neglected here. Level 4 Riftshards + Attack out of Stealth with a corpse = 1000ish crit.

Going shroud early and then genjuro later = generally bad unless you can use the shroud effectively. Building up Genjuro as luxury for pretty much any agi-carry = very good. Even if they counter the invis, you still get good stats, slow and extra movement speed off of it.

Gladiator cant use that agi for anything sure you might get a second whip off but usually if the game is at the point where you can get this aswell teamfights dont last so long.
Use your money on something better like a doom.

On topic pretty much every agi hero who likes sneaking around do too no abillity to close distance.

Gladiator genjuro is not that amazing. It works just cause shroud works so genjuro must somewhat work but it's not the best. You're better off just keeping shroud and getting more damage on the first whip.

Genjuro is good luxury on everything. It's probably never a super core since there are no agi carries that always get shroud. Shroud is terrible on most agi-carries early on anyways. Would say Soulstealer is probably a prime candidate since you can farm so fast you can just sell your portal key late game when your ults are less important due to spread / mock / focus. After you finish a bunch of items you can sell the PK for a shroud -> genjuro because genjuro allows you to fix the better chase that pk has over shroud. But it's just one of those items that are just as good as some other items as a 4-6 item.

From what I've found it stacks with Riftshards. Sometimes when throwing just a shovel I'll hit for 4xx and with a corpse I'll hit for 7xx. Then towards later game it starts to go towards 1xxx

I especially like it on magebane after getting a runed axe. Farm the 3000 gold agi part first, and finish up with the shroud portion.
Gives you the 'chasing' ability you need that you don't have if you get runed axe. Gives you a good damage buff and a few extra auto attacks in before you have to blink again. Good escape tool also.
