Clan-related Bug Compilation

List of clan bugs reported so far:

• Clan-creation error: second member invited is always not available
• Can't remove other members in the clan as the clan creator
• Leaving an old clan does not update fast enough - this causes problems if you want to make a new clan within a few minutes of leaving an old one.

Every time i try to create a clan in-game the second member i invite is always not available. I have swapped player 1/3/4 with player 2 and whatever player i swap gets the error. It says they are unavailable due to rejecting clan invites or in clan when they aren't.

Ok so i made a clan, everything working fine. Now i cant remove members or add them or do anything, i dont know why this happened but i did login to 2 hon accounts at the same time on my computer.. should i reinstall hon? or what, i can leave clan, but i cant remove other members.. im stuck and angry please HELP ME ASAP THANKS I WANT TO GET CLAN GOING WITH NEW LOCK PICK SHEESH

Hello, my mate and me just left a clan and got some help to create our own.
That attempt failed because we somehow were still in the clan.
We made sure by typing /clan leave 2x which didn't help, so we created it with second accounts.
Now my account was able to be invited, but my mate could not be invited, saying he was still in a clan.
We tried several things, but after we tried to inv him out of invis mode, it suddenly said I need a higher clan rank to perform that action, and from now on even promoting, demoting and removing doesn't work too.
I changed leadership at the website which instantly worked, but still i need a higher rank than Clan Leader to do anything...
I hope you can help us at this point :S

Now i can invite him with the Account that was previously Leader, but still it doesnt work with the actual Leader, rakka1
I guess its a matter of time, but propably this can help to fix these kinds of things...
You could make a Message including something like : "This may take a few Minutes/Hours" when u leave a clan or create/join/promote/kick ....

"compilation" Ok. I suppose I'll just post it here.

When someone leaves a clan, it takes a while for the game to see the account clan-less.
1) clan management page on HoN website sais "user has left the clan" correctly.
2) user does not see the previous clan tag on his account anymore, at his client.
3) others may, or may not see the previous clan tag on user's account (in chat, whispers, whois, stats).
4) when user is sent a clan invite, the tag shows up and game sais "user is in another clan"-sort of reply

So user has to wait several hours to a day or max two, until his/her status is accurate and is able to accept new clan invite.


Another thing would be:
1. clan invited slay4ya
2. he was able to use /c m
3. he relogs
4. tag doesn't show on his account for some, and cannot use /c m as the game sais he's not in a clan.
5. http://clans.heroesofnewerth.com/clan/RawR/events - "Slay4ya has joined clan RawR! "

o_o All this started to happen after the lastest patch. Didn't have issues with inviting people before that.

There is still issue with leaving a clan and joining a new one, friend left a clan an hour ago and still can't join new one. He doesn't have tag while viewing the stats; he does have the tag in matchmaking party, and can post clan messages with /c m command.

I dont even know where to start. First i had to get help from support to join the clan I made(i was the leader and the clan got made but it didnt put me in the clan). Then the next day im logged in me and some other members no longer have the clan tag but we are in the clan. this whole thing is a big time headache. I dont even know where to begin to even start sorting this out. Your support department is great btw, not being sarcastic they responded quickly and fixed the issue at hand but now we got this new issue leading me to believe the clan system is BUGGED.

Okay im gonna start from the beginning its a long story.
My friends wanted me to make them accounts and stuff so they can tryout HON.
So i made their accounts along with 1 of them,I tried to make a Clan Via the Site,but since they couldnt log into their forum accounts they couldnt approve the clan invitation.
The next day i try making that Clan again,this time from the game itself and it tells me the clan (Venom Rose Gaming) Is made from the acccount i tried to make it with but failed,that it has 0 players in it and that i cant use the name.So pls if possible make the creator of the clan VenomRedRose the leader of the clan or delete the clan so i can remake it.Thank you.(ah and pls explain to me why i cant log in into the forums with those accounts).

I tried contacting the customer support but all it told me was ''Please do not reply to this email. This email has been sent by a machine,
replies will not be read.

From what I've been observing, it's just the chat servers having a delay (up to 24 hours) on some of the things to update
