    How to build agility heroes

Ok.Here I will tell you how I play some heroes. You tell me what I do right and what I do wrong.I will try to keep it at short as possible to avoid wall of text.Take your time to read and answer, any links to other guides that explain what you should have written are good.Note that i write this because i consider those guides bad/outdated.Even if they have 100% by the community, maybe those are not the best choices.I will post here the agility heroes and will come back for int and strength after i fully understood these.

    First a few questions
1.On what heroes to make what boots?Mainly what heroes NEED those boots?
2.I always get a mist vest, even if the enemy has low magic damage(400g can sometimes save me from a scout ult or whatever)
3.Should I make rotT on any ranged carry(rachna/valk/sillo)?Is it viable on melee as well(mm,tdl,mb)?I ask this here so I don’t ask it on each hero
4.i would like to know for all of these heroes which item/items to make first and items so I occupy all their inventory.Meaning,I want full lategame inventories, like they would have unlimited gold.

    Andromeda
-first items will be like support
    -tablet,astrolabe are core.sheepstick,hellflower luxuries I guess.
    -rotT is nice
-what boots?striders?steamboots?what if they got dw should I make p.greaves?
    -is sotm viable?
    -portal key?
-what to max first?her stun/wave/aura?get ult at 6?
    -Any other tips?

    Artillery
    -ghost marchers?
    -max his e,then his q?
    -frostburn?
    -savage mace,shroud,genjuro?

    Engineer
    -boots?
    -Max his q and w.
-should I get stats or mines?
    -tablet,ros,wards
    -spellshards are viable?

    Night hound
    -he needs farm,should I get a hatchet?
-squishy,so I dunno what to make on him for max dps and resistance.shrunken?what should his 1st item be?
    -geometer’s bane to dispel dust?

    Zephyr
    -pubstomping mid,hard to shut down.
    -ghost marchers?
-farm machine, helm, mock, heart, armor? When it is a good minute to have his mock ready?
-frostburn,shieldbreaker,sor?what to do on this dude?
    -saw him once with pkey

    Scout
    -boots?
-what should his 1st item be sb or runed?
-what other items should he get?
    -skillbuild?Should I get 1 point in his 3rd or max his 1st ?

    Arachna
    -boots?
-dunno what to get other than geo’s bane 1st item
-is geo’s bane good as 1st item anyway?
    -max 1st or 3rd skill?

    Slither
-good mid,but can also lane for some easy kills with a stunner
    -boots?
-I usually make geo’s gane 1st item too
    -dunno what else.shroud?
-dunno even if he can semi-carry,but his ult sure is annoying at one point In a teamfight
-I max his 2nd first and his 1st after.

    Fayde
-waste of potential if not mid.
    -boots?
-Is codex 1st item viable on her?
-should I upgrade that codex to max?
-any other items to make a full inventory?
    -spellshards or harkons viable?
-I hate the cast time on her 3rd,should I take that spell or get +stats?

    SS
-for fun,I do spellshards on him(but not when I want to win a game lol)
-now,I like pkey more than shroud since he becomes more mobile
    -as for next item,shrunken?shieldbreaker?geo’s bane?
-saw a shamz game today when he went frostburn 1st item.since when is it viable?

    Madman
-I recently heard that nullstone+hellflower are better than runed axe
-any other tips/items?rememeber I want full lategame unlimited gold inventories, not just 2 items.
-I usually take his 1st skills, then his crit, then his ult(his ult takes too much mana and I need them for the other 2 spells, and also his ult is not needed when farming).I could be wrong?

Tdl-my favorite hero as design, concept, skills, anything.Very versatile and scary. When i see one on the enemy team(that has good kdr) i know it is a lost game.
-nice mid if you can farm. With a gank from glacius/andro/stunner you can get an easy kill on the other mid(unless he is kraken or moraxus)
    -rotT viable?
-runed axe core.I was making nullfire blade 1st item because of reasons(nice slow combined with atk speed for fast draining mana and more attacks with 1st skill activated)
-recently I found out savagemace and wingbow are nice on her too.But which one should be made/farmed 1st?
-I also fount out a fast frostburn+abyssal are nice on her too. What should I do after?Split fburn and farm a fws?should I make geo’s bane or sell the firebrand?why did I bought it if I have to sell it again?
    -skillbuild?

    Corrupted
    -mid hero?
For some reasons I hate him,and I can’t carry my team with this dude.I know he is awesome and a game-winning,but for some reasons I can’t.I recently heard he should be built tanky rather than as a carry,so tell me what tanky means?
    -should I max his 2nd or his 3rd 1st?
    -more items.

    FA
    -mid hero?
Same as cd,I suck at fa’ing.Should I get frostburn 1st item?geo's?she is squishy as hell.
I heard you can stack ancients and ult them.Isn't that a waste of an ult could have been used in a teamfight?(It has a low cd,but still it deals a lot of damage)

    Chronos
-He is really fun and troll. He is fun mid if you can get farm.
    -items?
-skillbuild?have no idea what to level
-heard a funny idea that if you have a ranged carry make chromos ult them(also he must farm a resto stone),then let the carry autoattack them to death. But I think this wastes chronos’s potential of a hard carry.

    Tremble
    -mid hero?
-no idea again of items and skillbuild.guides max his mounds and his 3rd 1st.Is it viable?

    Valk
    -mid/solo hero.
-found out that sb 1st item is nice. Then I think geo’s bane comes next?Or it isn’t such a good item?Wingbow?
-I max her 1st skill, then her arrow. Not sure when to take her ult.

    Sillo-one of my favorite
-it seems to me like a much powerful valk(they are pretty similar in playstyle and somehow abilities)
    -items:same as valk?nullstone 1st?sb 1st?
    -skillbuild?
-remember I want full late-game inventory.

    Magebane
-can be mid if against a hero that doesn’t stop his farm
-I make geo’s bane 1st item.My friends make frostburn and brutalizer for stunlock.
    -I have seen runed axe a nice pick,making him a farm-machine
-not sure which are best and how should this guy look in the end.

    mQ
-mid hero?benefits from being 6 for having a ganking ult?
-was pretty op in beta, now she seems like hard to win with(back then her ult was annoying as hell and game-winning).Dunno what happened, maybe people learned about defensive items?
-again,dunno what to make on her. Some get shroud, but I find that a waste. Some get lifesteal and start farming.Shrunken seems nice on her.
    -skillbuild?max q and aura,get bounces after?

    Emerald
    -mid hero?
-I have read on the forums that he is pretty op,and I have seen him do immortals/annihilations in hands of other people
-for some reason I SUCK with this hero and I can’t play him.
-Any tips and items would be appreciated.

    Swift
-it is interesting to go mid with him.
    -bloodlust machine
-I have read that a nullstone is nice on him,and that he can’t carry since he lacks atk speed?
-my funny build includes sotm and restoration->ult their well and then roflmao.
-now taking serious business, people say that runed axe is not good item for him since he can farm with his Q.(same situation as madman, nullstone gives him regen so he can use that to farm). Is it nice?
-any other items?Daemonic/charged seem nice for him since they lower armor and give atk speed, but I dunno what to say.
-skillbuild?max his q.then what to take?crit for nice last hist?stats for more Q spamming or enough mana for Q+ult at 6?counterattack?Is counterattack viable or just level stats?

    wildsoul
-Haven’t played him since...800 games ago
-still don’t know what skills make him good.Obvious you go to max the bear, but some guides tell you just to put 2 points in bear, only to get root.Dunno.
    -rush mock?alchemist bones then mock?
    -items?skillbuild?

    Monkeyking
-pubstomping mid hero or sidelanes with nymphora or any stun(but nymph gives him mana etc.)
-I generally know how to combo, but dunno what items to get on him.Make a bulwark for fast –armor?Make shieldbreaker to have more damage for my Q spell?-other items?
    -skillbuild?

    Blitz
    -is support
    -skillbuild?
-other “special items”,that are good for him?
-I found that nullstone/shroud are nice if you can afford them

    Draconis
-don’t really like the general idea of the hero(he lacks stuns and escape mecha’s),his 2nd has short duration
-his splitfire is interesting, maybe with a tempest/chronos he can be devastating?
    -items/skillbuild?

    Moa
-must be midlane to carry I guess.
    -support,semi-carry,or hardcarry?
    -items?
-skillbuild?A lot of people tell me to max his 2nd,other tell to max q and e.

    Dampheer
-he is fun to play but I hate it when I lose essences
-I hate it when people jungle with him, they waste potential
-max his q and w,then aura I guess
    -helm,spellshards or frostburn 1st item?
-what other items?i heard on the forums something about pkey.sounds interesting.

    Flint
    -must be midlane
    -haven’t played him since…
    -items?
    -max flare and 2nd,then 3rd?

    Gemini
    -hate the hero,hate his ult
    -max his first 2 spells
-make nullfire max 3rd take ult at level 24?do I waste potential?I mean I already waste potential since I pick him.lol.

    Gunblade
    -must be midlane
-pretty much an opposite of flint
    -and boring too
    -genjuro+winbow?
    -shieldbreaker?
-I usually max his 1st and shield.Could be wrong if I don’t take his 3rd?(you can’t get near people unless you get a good rune)

    bh
    firebrand,geo's
    useless if not mid
    useless anyway

    shadwoblade
    fun to play as tank
    frostburn,behe's heart?

    sand wraith
    helm?
    mock?
    anything else?
    max 1st and 2nd?

    nomad
need tons of farm or kills
    shieldbreaker 1st?
    bulwark 1st?
    brutalizer?
    other items?

You made me think of an updated all heroes guide....

    Now back on topic:
You have a lot of questions and i have 5 minutes so i'm going to answer only a few

    Moa
-must be midlane to carry I guess.
    -support,semi-carry,or hardcarry?
    -items?
-skillbuild?A lot of people tell me to max his 2nd,other tell to max q and e.

I have played MoA with a support in lane as well. This only worked when that support was my friend who trusted me to do my job.
He is a support going into a semicarry.
He should get some wards at the start (You need a hardsupport to make moa a little more viable as semicarry)
Then nullfire, Shrunken, Savage Mace etcetera are good.

I have had success with all kind of skillbuilds, maxing passive for that bonus damage (could outhit EVERY hero)
But I like to max w first. The slow and AOE are really good. Red W is also VERY strong thanks to the -armor. You will love it when farming triple stacked camps or pushing and teamfights.

Nullfire and Savage Mace are proc items. Proc items really shine on MoA thanks to his E. The attackspeed with the procs is very good.

Not many people will want to sit here and go through all these long posts you've been making (props to those who do). If you have a question over how to build a certain hero use the search function. I guarantee you will find several topics on how to play/skill/build 99% of the heroes in this game. Also what i like to do do is search high level players in game and go through their recently played games. Find a game where they did well with a hero you want to learn. DL the replay and watch. I learned alot of things from watching high level replays seeing how they farm/build/etc. If you go that route though stay away from clan scrims as they tend to go the more competetive laning style (2 mid, suicides, some1 free farming etc. things you are not likely to find in pubs)

well that is what i actually want, since most of the guides are outdated or made by noobs for noobs.

yes,i know this already but as i said in my topic i saw shamz make frostburn on soulstealer, which was very unusual since he had no pkey/shieldbreaker to synergize with his skills. So i may see games when they own so hard they just make unusual or tolling builds. Also,if they win a game at a certain point it is hard to tell what would they do in the future.Example:makes frostburn and wins at 20 minutes. But i also make fburn in a game, but the enemy doesn't concede. Therefore,i must chose what to do?Should i make fws?geo's bane?Should i just keep fburn and start a bulwark?I have no idea how to make it effiecient.

Another example was that one with valk.I was usually making geo's bane 1st item.Someone told me on the forums to do shieldbreaker 1st because the faster i do it the better. And he is right since the enemy will make a bulwark asap,so if i make sb too late they will already have armor and sb will not be so valuable anymore.

    Also,what are scrims?

Scrims are 2 clans that fight each other in a match.

For example TTes VS TDM is a scrim.

This only counts if the teams do not play that match for a tournament.

Just taking a quick glance at your stats, you are what some would call a "noob". Not to say I'm much better, but calling other people who likely are better than us both who put a lot of effort into making guides "noobs" is just disrespectful.

I don't really play all the heros you have listed but I can tell you how I build the ones I do.

    First a few questions
1.On what heroes to make what boots?Mainly what heroes NEED those boots?
As a rule of thumb, autoattack heros with good carry potential benefit a lot from steamboots due to the attackspeed, especially if their abilities 'scale' with speed somehow (example predator - the faster he attacks the faster his carnivorous hits). Consider also steamboots in squishies against heavy burst/gankers in the other team as +10 str helps a lot.
Heros that require good positioning to land certain skills or usually make better use of faster speed (ghost marchers) - it's also a big help to prevent melees from being kited. (ex: ra, legionnaire, etc). Striders are usually for supports (cheap, fast speed to wander around and ward) or roamers in general (though ghost marchers can also work). Post haste is sort of situational, I wouldn't make these as a first item and wait for lategame and replace boots since they're really expensive and most heros need other items first. Plated is good for any kind of hero with controlled minions (ophelia, balpha, etc) or tanks facing heavy physical damage on the enemy team, though anyone can easily use these since they're quite cheap.

In the agi carries department you'll usually get steams or marchers depending if you need to kite/avoid being kited or extra survival/end game damage.

2.I always get a mist vest, even if the enemy has low magic damage(400g can sometimes save me from a scout ult or whatever)
You should get mystics most games, but not necessarily all the time. If at least 2 heros in enemy team have decent size magic damage then you should take them.

3.Should I make rotT on any ranged carry(rachna/valk/sillo)?Is it viable on melee as well(mm,tdl,mb)?I ask this here so I don’t ask it on each hero
I usually get them in sidelane, and sometimes even mid if I'm having troubles last hitting. It's good for mostly semi carries that roam around (and make use of the mana regen). I wouldn't bother with melee carries as they're better off with an early hotbl or whispering helmet but it's never a bad buy in general. Make sure to get it before 3 mins or so when it's really effective.

I usually go with tablet and sols. It adds up quite a lot of negative armor to the enemy team combined with aurora. I usually pick her when your team has 2 or more physical DD. Luxury SOTM for extra swaps. I max stun first. Ult at 6 yes. Boots should be striders or steams if you're building her semi-carry (in that case a shieldbreaker is a nice buy)

    Night hound
    -he needs farm,should I get a hatchet?
-squishy,so I dunno what to make on him for max dps and resistance.shrunken?what should his 1st item be?
    -geometer’s bane to dispel dust?

Get a hatchet. Nullfire as first item is great as it adds a lot of agility and a much needed slow to keep people inside your smoke cloud. For survival you can get geometers.

    Zephyr
    -pubstomping mid,hard to shut down.
    -ghost marchers?
-farm machine, helm, mock, heart, armor? When it is a good minute to have his mock ready?
-frostburn,shieldbreaker,sor?what to do on this dude?
    -saw him once with pkey

Mock by 20-25 mins is good. Usually get vestments>mock>shamans>behe heart. I don't build carry items on him but others might have a different oppinion.

    Scout
    -boots?
-what should his 1st item be sb or runed?
-what other items should he get?
    -skillbuild?Should I get 1 point in his 3rd or max his 1st ?

Ghost marchers are nice. SB is good if you wanna be useful earlier on (and he can be especially with the new disarm change), but runed gives you more gpm in the long run if you have people to stack jungle for you (at the cost of being more useless earlier). I usually max vanish and disarm with 1 point in wards. Take ult whenever available.

    Arachna
    -boots?
-dunno what to get other than geo’s bane 1st item
-is geo’s bane good as 1st item anyway?
    -max 1st or 3rd skill?

I get steamboots, followed by a quick shroud->upgrade to genjuro then get geometers. ANy extra AGI on arachna really shines due to her passive. I max Q and E early.

I usually get an early codex but don't upgrade it right away. Puzzlebox is a ncie item if you like microing. Spellshards is not that good on her, you can actually make a shieldbreaker as 2-3 autoattacks easily compensate for the extra coddex levels. And it gives her a bit more damage outside her combo as well as helping your team focus down key targets. I usually get 1 point in E and then stats till 22.

    FA

I get ghost marchers (extra speed is extremly useful to nail those crippling voleys accurately). Then go Frostburn->split for geometers and frostwolf. Using ult to kill triple stacked ancients = easily over 1k gold. Not a waste if you don't see any teamfights comming.

    Valk
    -mid/solo hero.
-found out that sb 1st item is nice. Then I think geo’s bane comes next?Or it isn’t such a good item?Wingbow?
-I max her 1st skill, then her arrow. Not sure when to take her ult.

I get SB first as well since she lacks damage. After that get geometers and a nullfire is also very useful to land those arrows with the purge. Max Q then W. Her ult is situational, I usually dont take it at 6.

    Gemini
    -hate the hero,hate his ult
    -max his first 2 spells
-make nullfire max 3rd take ult at level 24?do I waste potential?I mean I already waste potential since I pick him.lol.

He's a waste witouth ultimate for sure. I only play him ult so no tips on that.

    Gunblade
    -must be midlane
-pretty much an opposite of flint
    -and boring too
    -genjuro+winbow?
    -shieldbreaker?
-I usually max his 1st and shield.Could be wrong if I don’t take his 3rd?(you can’t get near people unless you get a good rune)

He doesent have much to chose from in items. Agility helps him since it adds damage to his passive and increases the shield altough in small amounts. Get ghost marchers>shroud>genjuro>shieldbreaker if not many agis in enemy team>geometers.

    bh
    firebrand,geo's
    useless if not mid
    useless anyway

I usually get steamboots, shroud->genjuro->geometers. Agi helps a lot due to his Q. He's actually a half decent carry if built right but yeah most suited for pubstomping.

Every hero needs boots and the type of boots depends on your role. For roamers and supports striders are viable. for every carry hero steamboots are good and for mid heroes steamboots are also awesome because you can swap them to maximize your bottle and have clutch plays by swapping to int/str etc.. Armor boots are good for pushers because it makes your creeps tankier and will allow them to hit harder, they are also good on tanks and supports. You should have at least 1 armor boots per team imo.
2.I always get a mist vest, even if the enemy has low magic damage(400g can sometimes save me from a scout ult or whatever)
Never a bad item, there are always some magic damage
3.Should I make rotT on any ranged carry(rachna/valk/sillo)?Is it viable on melee as well(mm,tdl,mb)?I ask this here so I don’t ask it on each hero
I rarely get rott on any hero if Im playing mid, but usually I have or my lane partner has rott at laning phase
4.i would like to know for all of these heroes which item/items to make first and items so I occupy all their inventory.Meaning,I want full lategame inventories, like they would have unlimited gold.

Andromeda is usually played as the hard support and she shouldnt have that much items. Get striders somewhat early and your fine, roam into mid, have tp for counter ganks, keep wards up, counter ward the enemy team. Usually andromeda ends up w/o items and thats not a bad thing. For skillbuild get stun lvl 1 and max W skill with stun + ults when ever possible. I feel like W should be priority because usually andro lacks lvls and for her to be useful in teamfights she needs that maxed aurora instead of a bit more dmg from stun. The stun was also nerfed a bit and you have to lvl it up because the stun duration scales now.
    Artillery
    -ghost marchers?
    -max his e,then his q?
    -frostburn?
    -savage mace,shroud,genjuro
Because I have never played that hero I copied Prestons build from another thread:

Good freakin luck trying to out-carry a decent player with that lol.. and he has LRM to actually get those items easily, especially if someone stacks for him (or he does it himself with Whispering minion). Now with that said, most people who pick Artillery are brain-dead so I can understand why people haven't caught on yet.

    Engineer
    -boots?
    -Max his q and w.
-should I get stats or mines?
    -tablet,ros,wards
    -spellshards are viable?
Armor boots, steamboots, ghost marchers and striders are all good choices for engineer. It really depends on what role you wanna play with him. Max turret and keg + skip mines, they are good later for vision. Good items on engi are pk, tablet, astro, nullfire and if your playing roamer/support get wards. Spellshards arent viable to any hero, Im pretty sure I already said this in one of your threads.
    Night hound
    -he needs farm,should I get a hatchet?
-squishy,so I dunno what to make on him for max dps and resistance.shrunken?what should his 1st item be?
    -geometer’s bane to dispel dust?
Hatchet is nice, I like to build first item nullstone, but it really depends on the situation. You really want to buy nullfire on nh and other good items are abyssals, geo, wingbow, rifts, shrunken.
    Zephyr
    -pubstomping mid,hard to shut down.
    -ghost marchers?
-farm machine, helm, mock, heart, armor? When it is a good minute to have his mock ready?
-frostburn,shieldbreaker,sor?what to do on this dude?
    -saw him once with pkey
Go mid, stomp hard and get those items you just mentioned: ghostmarchers, helm, vestments, mock, daemonic, heart, shivas. I think around 20-25 minute mark with ghostmarchers and helm. I believe Ive had those items easily under 20minutes many times with zephyr. He is just so strong ganker and farmer early. Dont buy frostburn etc. Zephyr cant carry end game, he shines early and midgame, but gets destroyed end game if not tanky enough. Pk is nice item if your team lacks initiation, get it after helm, boots and mock.
    Scout

Not really a strong mid, gets destroyed easily. Build him with auras, he wont carry with geos etc. anymore.
    Fayde
-waste of potential if not mid.
    -boots?
-Is codex 1st item viable on her?
-should I upgrade that codex to max?
-any other items to make a full inventory?
    -spellshards or harkons viable?
-I hate the cast time on her 3rd,should I take that spell or get +stats
Is good on side lanes also if with another stunner, codex is good first item, other good item is hellflower.

    -skillbuild
Rott is very viable because it can be turned into abyssals later. Runed axe indeed is core and should be your first real item, you may chose to upgrade red boots to steams before. It really doesnt matter that much if you or you dont. Yes savage and wingbow are good last luxury items and you should be buying savage if enemy carry has wingbow to counter it and wingbow if the enemy carry doesnt have savage. Frostburn will be your first item after runed and should be splitted into fws as a last item. Sell the firebrand because if you have geos the activate will dispel your atk speed from charge and your Q skill. So geo is completely waste item on tdl. Skillbuild is pretty simple, nuke, charge, nuke, blades, nuke, ult, nuke, max blades, max charge, ult at 11 or after maxing your blades and charge
    Corrupted

Fa is good in lane combos because she has immobilize and those skeletons deal massive damage early. She can be played mid, but I prefer sidelane with something like behe or magmus. I dont like frostburn, but she is actually one of the few heroes that really benefit from fws so its okay build. I think I already told my fa item build in some of your threads.
There are many viable item and skill builds for Chronos. You should always max leap first and get atleast 1 point into bash early, but I like to max bash especially when the bash was buffed for early game. I like runed axe on chronos and then daemonic, sb, wingbow, mkb and inserting maybe a bkb into somewhere.
    Tremble
    -mid hero?
-no idea again of items and skillbuild.guides max his mounds and his 3rd 1st.Is it viable
Solo hero, especially good in mid. As for skillbuild max your passive and mounds + ult when ever possible and for items steams-helm-hellflower-bkb-shieldbreaker/mkb/wingbow
    Valk
    -mid/solo hero.
-found out that sb 1st item is nice. Then I think geo’s bane comes next?Or it isn’t such a good item?Wingbow?
-I max her 1st skill, then her arrow. Not sure when to take her ults.
Good in some lane combos, good in sidelane 1v1, but I feel like she lacks something to 1v1 mid. Recently I started to max arrow first, because it was nerfed and Ive had some nice succes with it. I like steams-nullstone-sb-geo build but sometimes I prefer ghost marchers-sb-geo really depends on my mood both works.
    Sillo-one of my favorite
-it seems to me like a much powerful valk(they are pretty similar in playstyle and somehow abilities)
    -items:same as valk?nullstone 1st?sb 1st?
    -skillbuild?
-remember I want full late-game inventory
She indeed is very strong hero. My skillbuild goes like this salvo/tree-salvo/tree-max Q-max salvo-ults-max stun-ult. I love pk on silho, I have been doing it since she was released and it recently got very popular. Steams-null-pk-sb-geo-mkb/wingbow the nice thing with silho is that she doesnt need real dmg items early to do a lot of damage. You can prioritize on surviving and mobility.
Lots of threads about mb, read them.
Pretty bad hero overall, I would go mid even tho she is pretty weak crippled range etc.. For skill build you should be getting beam and early stats, because you will benefit from stats so much more early than from your glaives/aura.
    Emerald
    -mid hero?
-I have read on the forums that he is pretty op,and I have seen him do immortals/annihilations in hands of other people
-for some reason I SUCK with this hero and I can’t play him.
-Any tips and items would be appreciated
Alot better in 2v2 lane because your wolves will be more useful and ew doent meed the req. for mid hero. Mid heroes should be able to push the lane easily before runes.
Sb is a troll hero and actually pretty fun to play. Im one of them who dislikes runed axe on sb, because he really doesnt benefit from it. He needs to be active from early instead of farming with runed. Nullstone is awesome item for the regen and after that I usually get shroud/genjuro, geo and sb. Skillbuild is pretty simple spin-stats-spin-stats-spin-ult-spin-max crit-max counter attack-ult at 11
    wildsoul
-Haven’t played him since...800 games ago
-still don’t know what skills make him good.Obvious you go to max the bear, but some guides tell you just to put 2 points in bear, only to get root.Dunno.
    -rush mock?alchemist bones then mock?
    -items?skillbuild
There was recently many threads about wildsoul (in strategy/training grounds not sure) Go and read them. I like to leave booboo lvl 2 until I start pushing and having 2/3 points into third and maxing wild.

Support/roamer is the best. Max second skill first with first skill and use redgun early for better attack animation (no dmg loss if not lvled). Typical support items, striders, wards, tablet, early stats and items etc...
    Dampheer
-he is fun to play but I hate it when I lose essences
-I hate it when people jungle with him, they waste potential
-max his q and w,then aura I guess
    -helm,spellshards or frostburn 1st item?
-what other items?i heard on the forums something about pkey.sounds interesting.
Needs mid lane, max q and w first doesnt matter that much which you prefer to max. Maxing terrorize for more burst, max flight for less cd on combo. I prefer maxing terrorize. As items I am the one who picks portal key to dampeer, its awesome item for snowballers and lets you initiate late game a bit like legionnaire. Helm is okay and other awesome item is hellflower. For lategame something tanky items or strong carry items like wingbow + shieldbreaker. Imo dampeer should never drag the game into late game. He should be able to snowball so hard and completely annihilate opponents in the early lvls. I wanna add it to here also, plese no spellshards.
    Flint
    -must be midlane
    -haven’t played him since…
    -items?
    -max flare and 2nd,then 3rd?
Must NOT be in mid lane! Typical range carry items, geo, sb, nullstone, bkb, mkb, wingbow, nullfire etc.... Everything is situational. Always max flare first and then the long range skill ( no idea is it 2nd or 3rd or what is called ) But have 1 early point on hollowpoints so you can lasthit and harras better
    Gemini
    -hate the hero,hate his ult
    -max his first 2 spells
-make nullfire max 3rd take ult at level 24?do I waste potential?I mean I already waste potential since I pick him.lol.

    Gunblade
    -must be midlane
-pretty much an opposite of flint
    -and boring too
    -genjuro+winbow?
    -shieldbreaker?
-I usually max his 1st and shield.Could be wrong if I don’t take his 3rd?(you can’t get near people unless you get a good rune)

    bh
    firebrand,geo's
    useless if not mid
    useless anyways
Your right, useless. But sometimes its fun to play and I go for steamboots+mock early
    shadwoblade
    fun to play as tank
    frostburn,behe's heart?
Regular tank items and spam the slow for more tankiness
    sand wraith
    helm?
    mock?
    anything else?
    max 1st and 2nd?

    nomad
need tons of farm or kills
    shieldbreaker 1st?
    bulwark 1st?
    brutalizer?
    other items?
I might update this, but theres just too much text.

I cant answer to every hero, because there are many heroes that I have never played like blitz, draconis, gunblade and artillery + there are heroes that I very rarely play (they are bad heroes then) + I have other things to do
No, you should never pick spellshards, they arent utter trash, but there are always better items. Cc is op so hex and hellflower are both a lot stronger items, tablet is very underrated item.

artillery is funny, but should be played more as a semicarry(his slow helps the team),or with a tempest,he ults then art spams his q and heavily damages.

  12. #12
Artillery is THE best turtle hero in the game
(Small definition of turtling: Staying in base / playing defensively and farming until you can win the game)

With his LRM he can take down every creepwave while standing in a safe position. This nets him a lot of farm, with which he can take over the game.

He is a hardcarry for sure

He is a hardcarry for sure
Now you tend to autoattack with him as the game progresses as you deal more damage on a single target rather than lrm,but if you have a magebane already in your team,he should carry better and you should just slow and deal a slight damage.Or a tempest, you lrm as you destroy the enemy team. But,I agree he is a nice turtler, and better than flint(as he has at least 1 escape mecha and it is a big stun. And funny too.)

yes,i know this already but as i said in my topic i saw shamz make frostburn on soulstealer, which was very unusual since he had no pkey/shieldbreaker to synergize with his skills.

Well every game is going to be different and this is just something you have to learn for yourself. Nobody can you tell you that if you build frostburn on SS you HAVE to go this item next. Every game will be different. Maybe u need the pk or maybe you have tempest initiation so you can hold off on pk for more damage items. maybe they have a lot of tanky heroes so you need shield breaker. Maybe they are all squish int heroes so you can for-go the shield breaker for a frostwolf. You see, it's all relative to the game. This is where watching high level replays comes in handy. Watch 4-5 matches of different people play (for arguments sake) Corrupted Disciple. See how they build him and think why they may have chosen certain items based on their team and the opposing team. I for example will start with a well known player (Like milkfat for example because he solo ques or ques with a few friends quite often) Go through his recently played games and look for a hero you want to learn (played by anybody) then you can scroll through that guys recently played games and find another guy and so on and so forth.

As stated above a scrim would be like something you would see at a comp tournament. 5v5 of a clan TiG vs MILK for example. In these games they tend to play more of a competitive style and not your typical 2-1-2 lane set up. Ive tried to watch games like this before only to realize they leave a zephyr bottom completely uncontested to farm his off for 15 mins.

lol cd it's a great carry, he can win the game alone after some itens
Check that suggestion from my friend!

    Andromeda
-first items will be like support
    -tablet,astrolabe are core.sheepstick,hellflower luxuries I guess.
    -rotT is nice
-what boots?striders?steamboots?what if they got dw should I make p.greaves?
    -is sotm viable?
    -portal key?
-what to max first?her stun/wave/aura?get ult at 6?
    -Any other tips?
Max Aurora first take ult at 6 and dont forget the roTt... it hurts like hell early and at lvl one get stun then you already have your 1,75sec stun

  17. #17
Build heroes around their skills, and some around their stats.
    For instance - Artillery:
LRM + built in stacking slow. If he has a built in STACKING slow, and his LRM makes him stand in place, why should you build a frostburn on it? I believe Nullstone will do tons more for him in the way of survival and farming (which isn't exactly his strong suit, so you work on the weakness of the hero to balance it out, and get him ready for the mid/late game.)

More when I finish this game I just got into...

  18. #18
Yeah that's how I use to pick builds for heros: another point of interest is that some heros are better off with items to compensate for their weakness while other shine the most with items increasing their stremghts. For example, heros such as MB or CD have pretty good buit-in early damage that allows them to first focus on survival before getting damage. Others work better if you focus on increasing their damage more than anything instead since they remain squishy the whole game (arachna, etc). Knowing under which of these a hero falls by is important. The other important thing is realizing which items synergize the most with your hero. Do you realy on mobity to avoid getting kited or to more accurately pin your skills? Get Ghost marchers. Are you a carry that needs early-game surivivability and scales nicely towards lategame? Get steamboots. Do you have skills or passives that increase your base damage rather than flat attack? Build Agility. The list goes on...
