Blind ban AR mode for mid wars

you can ban the heroes you want and after that, everyone gets a random hero

perfect for casual play

what is the use of banning before you random ? there is no extra's to it exept for people to not get lucky devo or flint

in other words just do full random dont waste more time on the picking phase.
