yeah well first gank and then support mid-lategame,but if possible he shouldn't buy his own runeward so he can use all his gold to snowball effectively.(100g is not much tough.)
for support i understand something that must buy wards since others need gold(carries need for obvious reasons,initiators for pkey).glacius?midas will push creepwaves that could be farmed by a carry,so he must do something with those gold right?if there is no pure support in the game he can at least help with wards.example:behe or magmus buy wards too.

Yea, I agree with that. Any non-carry with a huge farming mechanism should assist with wards.
