Puppymaster (puppetmaster)

I wrote this on some hero draft suggestion aswell but seems to have been lost in the void.
I was thinkin som mad fellah throwing puppy's as auto an a big dog as the special hit.
The mindcontroll would be a dog stuck on some1s face therefore confusing them.
The strings would be some sort of dog with a leash dragging the player towards it.
And the ult could just be som huge dog and if you hit it you command it to attack the opponent linked to it!

There are ofc room for improvement but I really think it's time for puppet to get some love he has been around forever!
