The Elemental Void Animation hast still 500 as radius but its radius was changed to 400.
And it is really irritating to see players stay in it but not being effected, so could the animation please be fitted to the new radius.
That would be awesome.

I just tested it, it looks perfectly fine to me. If you're talking about some discrepancies between the upper part & lower part, that's how HoN is (there will always be those discrepancies for every spell). Perhaps you're using mods - you should disable them if you are.
Also next time when reporting visual issues like this, screenshots would be helpful.
