How do you farm in forest with heroes like fa,nomad,cd?mainly,single-target autoattack heroes.I mean tdl makes runed axe while laning and after that she can clear creepwaves.Same goes for magebane.Fa surely has split-fire but people skip it for stats.Cd has his 1st,but that one is mana-consuming and you can't just spam it for every creepcamp.How do you farm and win games with these type of carries?

Forsakens minions do massive amounts of damage you can easily kite creep camps with it.
Nomad usually doesn't profit much from killing creep camps he's more a solo-mid ganking carry that gets his money from kills and laning creeps.
Madman,Tdl and other hardcarries just farm a runed cleaver and that's that.

Geometers is pretty much core and only STR / AGI / INT gets copied to illusions. So Behemoth's Heart gives you tanky illusions that still deal 100% of Mana Break's damage.

Madman shouldnt pick runed cleaver and he isnt one of those afk farming carries. He is awesome mid hero thanks to his abilities to push lane and have rune control. He is awesome ganker also and I just wanna cry when I see madman afk farming with runed axe... Madman is snowballing hero which scales very well to endgame and is a perfect hero to solo win games.

Exactly and another good item that people really underestimate on mm is hellflower.

Mana regeneration, Damage, Attackspeed... Those are things that are REALLY good on madman. The +20% damage from the effect make him a feared midgame hero.
