So yeah. Savage mace. It's a pretty cool item and stuff....
Flint beastwood, he's also kind of a cool guy.
The issue is what happens when these two beings come together.
When you look at someone like Chronos. His curse of ages counts as a "Bashing" effect, and thereby doesn't stack with a brutalizer. This is to prevent insane stunlocks and general unhappiness throughout the land. However...Savage mace's ministun is not an effect. Coupled with Flint's hollowpoint you can entirely stuff people's casting, attacking, or even moving if you're lucky enough with your procs. There is no counter for this, and I feel, though, flint and savage mace don't actually need a nerf individually, they need one as a combination.
My Suggestion in short: Make savage mace's ministun an effect, such as "Dazing". Make the "Dazing" effect not stack with Flint's Hollowpoint skill.
Also if I put this in the wrong spot, I'm sorry. I couldn't figure out where to suggest balance changes.
Anyways, cheers.

To clear something up, I'm NOT suggesting that the damage be removed from either skill. Simply that the ministun chance from either the skill or the item's effect be negated.
For example: Flint would have a 40% chance to ministun and add 50 damage from his hollowpoint skill, however he would only get the 35% chance to do 100 damage from savage mace, and not the ministun effect on it.
