There isn't even cursory information on the BYOC phase on the website. I can find better information on third party sites like http://binarybeast.com/xHoN1205250 that at least tell me the rounds, even if I can't find out the matches or streams.
But hey, I can wait for the VODs. I mean, I can watch almost any match in almost any DotA tournament live, but there's been no information promulgated in a sponsored tournament for a significant part of the event. We got to watch the incredible cesspool of nothing teams in Oceania get steamrolled by Frey, but we can't get the 27 BYOC teams in DHS.
Sad.
Edit: Breaky finished his mic tests, he's now sweating under the lights in a cheap and ill fitting black shirt with a garish orange tie talking about nothing other than how hard it was to cast the qualifiers. He keeps going on about how the teams are playing for $60,000 when their airfares to the tournament cost that much. Weak scattered applause when he calls for it.
This is pretty anemic at the moment. Not well put together.

And every single person in IRC is complaining that the stream is disgustingly laggy. Phil_The_Trill needs to pedal harder on the bike that's powering the slob disgusting connection you're using to stream DHS.

I'm seeing the brighter side of the lag. It means that overall I actually hear less of Breaky.

Stream is down altogether. Entire IRC is commenting that this **** never happens in other games. I tuned in to the end of the DotA Dreamhack stream and noticed that it's right next to the HoN booth - ergo, they're using the same external connection and whatever fault this is is purely at S2's end. GG indeed.

Issues aside I kind of wish we got more information on the BYOC event. I know its not being casted but match IDs / brackets or results would be appreciated. Especially since TiG was looking super strong this last week.

The information on this team roster is wrong.
LeonBlack is not Australian, nor is dabeliuteef part of their DreamHack lineup...
and SmackDonald on BxF should be Austrian.
Great portal, lol. How about SHOWING RESULTS? I cannot find a single result of who played who and who won? And the standings are updated once a day or what?
Can't find any VoD up for any game.
It doesent have half the stuff im interested in seeing.. sure showing who won what match, and overall stats is fine but id rather get more detail. e.g for each match show what heroes where picked. items used... basically the end screen you get after every match of HoN. would also be interested in seeing what heroes are being banned for each match aswell.
BYOC ignored completely, only stats that pubs care about(kills) instead of actually important stuff like bans and picks, slow to update. Overall i'd say meh.

What's the point of this portal? I thought i would be able to watch the DreamHon matches, but guess that's only for people who are watching it live?
Huge disappointment. How difficult can it be recording games and uploading them? Don't get me wrong there's lots of cool stuff on this site, but honestly i am slightly more interested in the actual games.
Oh and a small tip... Don't display the end result on the bloody start page! It amazes me that you people don't understand that not everyone will dedicate an entire weekend to view all of this live.
There are tons of minor adjustments that would make this site 10 times better each, but before getting to all the neat stuff could you please just make sure we can see the games? And without the results being showed in our faces before watching thanks!
Edit: Obviously repeated myself a few times there... kinda going on a rant, but seriously... how hard can it be? Stream, record, upload. Then you can do all the fancy stuff.

how does the points work? some teams have 2/2 and 6 points, other 2/2 and 7, 5-0 win with 12 points (how many points per win?), and a lot of other weird things, can sum1 explain how they are calculated?
