i somehow cant deny... i try to attack them when they are low health, but i dont even make an Autoattack. how can this be?

That's actually the usual way - it was even the same in DotA and probably is also the same in Dota 2. Your own creeps and structures aren't meant to be auto-attacked, therefor right-clicking on them won't work; you have to specifically order your hero to attack them, which is done with a+left click. I'm not 100% sure, but i think that there is a right-click-deny mod somewhere in the mod section, hope that helpsOriginally Posted by promgm12

I used RCD for ages. It's a useful mod for learning stuff. You'll pick up last hitting easier with the last hit assist mod, too. It's how I learned and it really helps when you're first getting started to get a feel for when you can last hit/deny a creep.
i dunno how you people deny with rcd.why you last hit with a+,and deny with click?doesn't make sense.
RCD means you use right click to both deny and lasthit.
i still find it easier to a+click everything.maybe each is comfortable in his way.
