    Kazam

    Inspired by this hero. But only a little.

    This hero is an amalgation of generic magician clothes, most notably lacking the magician itself. It is made up of four parts: The wand, the cloak, the hat, and the gloves.


    Range: 550


    Skill 1: Grasping Gloves
    Mana: 100/110/120/130
    Cooldown: 15
    Range: 600

    Attaches a glove to target enemy, dealing 50/100/150/200 Magic damage and reducing attack and movement speed by 5/10/15/20% for 5 seconds. This skill can be cast a second time if cast in the last 2 seconds. If this is done, then the original target is forcibly pulled to the secondary target, unless anything impedes its path. The debuff stacks with itself if cast on the same target.

    Passively increases Kazam's base damage by 5/10/15/20% while off cooldown.


    Skill 2: Worrisome Wand

    Mana/second: 15
    Cooldown: 0
    Range: 500

    Causes the wand to float around target unit. If the target is an ally, the wand will also attack anything this ally attacks. If the target is an enemy, it will attack the enemy constantly. These attacks gain any attack modifiers the target has and deal 70/80/90/100% of Kazam's damage at his attack speed.

    This skill lasts up to 12 seconds, until manually cancelled, until Kazam runs out of mana, or if Kazam dies. Kazam cannot manually attack if this skill is in use.


    Skill 3: Courageous Cloak

    Mana: 90/100/110/120
    Cooldown: 15
    Range: 600

    Place on target ally to increase magic armor by 4/6/8/10. Place on target enemy to deal 50 Magic damage per second and reduce magic armor by 2/3/4/5. Lasts 4/5/6/7 seconds in either case.

    Kazam passively benefits from the Courageous Cloak while it is not in use.


    Skill 4: Hat of Horror

    Mana: 150/250/350
    Cooldown: 80
    Range: 550

    Kazam forces his magic hat onto the target, causing his body to dissipate and gaining control of the target for 4/5/6 seconds. During this time, the target gains 100% movement slow immunity, 25% boosted move speed, and +40/70/100 attack speed. Kazam can only command the target to attack, using its damage and attack modifiers while in control. Kazam can still use his own skills while in the target, though using Worrisome Wand will not prevent his controlled target from attacking.

    The target can regain control early by taking 400/600/800 post-mitigation damage. The target can be attacked by both teams while the Hat of Horror is active.
