At least it's not crap; twisted fate and heimdinger's legendaries are the same quality of their middle priced skins. In the old days most lol skins were simple recolors of the exact same texture, but even then Riot was raking it in big time.

and people wonder why most games today are crap, this is why, people pay for crap, as a result developers dont even try hard to create good games.
gone are the days when Devs would spend all their remaining money on creating a video game before they go Bankrupt because creating games was their passion.
