Black screen of doom :S

I've been searching and can't find anything to help me, I seem to get these lag spikes and HoN freezes but everything in the background TS/Vent/Music works fine.

I upgraded everything in my computer recently and after that I keep getting these lag spikes then black screen for a second.

Specs:

Inter Core i7 Quad 39GHz turbo 8MB
16GB Quad ddr3 1600MHz
120GB SSD Hard drive
1GB ATI HD 7770 OC Direct X 11
Gigabyte Z77x-D3H.

u should search in forums the problem u got is solved u need to get ur shaders low and ur drivers updated i hope that helped.
