If you really wann point out what valve did here, just look how many stuff got implemented in dota 2 what has been in HoN as mods for 2 years now, theres plenty.

Sometimes i think the dota devs were looking on dota clones like hon and their mod communties for inspiration.^ ^

i agree but at least they pay more attention and give the opportunity to mods to create more awesome staff , because of the profit of selling them... Have you notice that the half and more mods of HON are down with no updates because its creATORS are done with the game and its behaviour?

That i am seeing is a company giving oppportunitites to mod creators to make everything they want, and they do while the game is evolving....
ofc HON mods are superior but why to do more mods when you get no recognition, no money and no acceptance.. also mods can be seen only from you and not the others...
