    Scout's Marksman Shot and Disarm.

    Disarm[Current]

    The Scout's mastery of close range combat allows him to occasionally disarm an opponent, then take advantage of the opening with a devastating attack.

    Action: Passive
    Required Level: 1 / 3 / 5 / 7
    On Attack: 10/15/20/25% chance to disarm opponent for 2 seconds and deal a 1.25/1.5/1.75/2.0x critical strike.
    Once disarmed, opponents cannot be disarmed again by the scout for 2 seconds.

    Disarm[Proposed]

    The Scout's mastery of close range combat allows him to occasionally disarm an opponent, then take advantage of the opening with a devastating attack.

    Action: Passive
    Required Level: 6/11/16
    On Attack: 10/15/20% chance to disarm opponent for 2 seconds and deal a 2.0/2.5/3.0x critical strike.
    Once disarmed, opponents cannot be disarmed again by the scout for 2 seconds.

    Marksman Shot[Current]

    Action Target: Entity Type Non-boss Visible Enemy Units
    Type: Superior Magic
    Range: 1,500 / 2,000 / 2,500
    Channeling Time: 0.3 Seconds
    Mana Cost: 125 / 175 / 250
    Cooldown: 50.0 / 40.0 / 30.0 Seconds
    Required Level: 6 / 11 / 16
    Activation: After channel time, fires projectile at target that deals 250 plus 10 / 20 / 30% of target's maximum health in Magic damage. Applies Wounded to target unit for 4 seconds.

    Vision must be maintained on the target during channel time, or the cast is cancelled.

    Wounded Effects: 20 / 30 / 40% Movement Slow

    Marksman Shot[Proposed]

    Action Target: Entity Type Non-boss Visible Enemy Units
    Type: Physical
    Range: 600/800/1000/1200
    Channeling Time: 0.1 seconds.
    Mana Cost: 45/35/25/15
    Cooldown: 10 seconds.
    Required Level: 1/3/5/7

    Activation: Fires projectile at target that deals 20/40/60/80 True damage, deals twice as much damage to non-hero units. Applies Wounded to target unit for 1/2/3/4 seconds. Doesn't break Vanish invisibility.

    Wounded Effects: 50% Movement Slow.

    So you want a level 7 scout to be able to deal over 7% of the target's max hp every 10 seconds, while in stealth, with little to no mana cost at rank 4?

    Warning the use of sarcasm is in this message

    ya a 20% chance of a 3x crit that disables for 2 secs. I dont care that choas knight had a 13% chance of doing 3x damage because he wasnt scout and SCOUT IS AWSOME!!!!

    And Mortred has 15% 4x crit. So... Scout isn't chaos knight.

    not sure if you noticed he changed disarm to the ult and marksman shot to an active standard spell...

    BTW op, you might want to make that more clear!!!

    on topic: interesting idea... ima t-up only because i have no other ideas and these seem reasonable.
