Hi guys!
i took the liberty in trying to solve this issue myself since the administrators are unresponsive and couldnt care less about their players. IM NOT A COMPUTER EXPERT but i find what works for me.

So far im monitoring a solution i just used.. i realised that my windows firewall, defender and security centre was down so i tried to enable it and it could not be enabled. so i did a little research to solve this issue and came out with this...

you have to follow this steps provided by microsoft if u face the same problem!

After that you have to download TCPOptimizer and try to use the optimal settings. this would also help greatly in your internet connection.

My best guess is that windows firewall, defender etc is the one causing the issues and downloading subsequent anti-virus from the net has "destroyed" the windows firewall
thus fixing this problem has enabled me to play HoN once again!
so far i have played 2 games and have not received the "no response from server" message and hopefully its solved.
