    K2 exception would you like to save a crash report?

    Hi i recently downloaded HoN onto my desktop and it always crashes after i choose a hero and the game loads. After it crashes, it returns to my desktop screen and says, K2 Exception, would you like to save a crash report?

    HoN works perfectly fine for my laptop tho..

    Specs: Windows Vista Ultimate
    Processor: Intel Core 2 CPU 6400 @ 2.13 GHz
    Memory: 2Gb
    system: 32 bit operating
    Display Adapter: Intel Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family

    Please help!

    Looking briefly at your system specs, I'm going to say your total RAM is inadequate depending on what process you have running during HoN's launch. Consider purchasing more RAM as they are cheap.

    i've bought 2 more gb of ram so i have 4gb of ram in my computer and i still have the same problem. I also set the graphics on low but it still crashes! please help!

    - It could be strict security issues. Disable your antivirus and run HoN as an admin. For some softwares (eg: Comodo), you may need to uninstall the antivirus software or add an exception. Also check for potential malware threats in addition to this.

    - Go to the intel website and check for updates for your drivers, in particular your graphics card. Also check Window updates for updates in general.

    - Try running in opengl (Solution #2)
