does someone have teh link for the recent patch 2.6.4?? netcafe computers dont seem to be able to update the newest one. downloads patch but then when bar is loading to install, always rashes i have seen this all over the world as i travel alot. one place that it doesnt happen at is with a main server computer that updates all computers. but installers dont seem to work. i wanna try manual

Before trying the manual update, first try updating in OpenGl (Options > Graphics > Drivers) and with admin permission. Also check remaining available RAM. If possible, disable antivirus and similar securities. Consult with the below link. Also check the console.log, near the end for possible signs of error, or upload it and post the link to it for us to see it.

If you have an external HD, you can try the following. Install/update onto that. When going to a netcafe, assuming that your version is up-to-date, copy-paste the HoN folder onto the pc and play from that.
Manually updating is a little trickier, and requires zipping/unzipping tools along with time. A mistake may result in a complete reinstallation, so tread carefully.
In the installation directory, there should be an update folder that has all the downloaded files. If the individual files are not zipped, move them to the correct location, overwriting the old. However, if they are zipped, you will need to unzip them and move each file into the correct location of the corresponding area, usually that within an older zip (A lazy folder merge with overwrite may also work here). This is especially true for the resource0.s2z and texture.s2z as a simple drag-and-drop overwrite will mean a HUGE LOSS of files. Depending on the size of the update, this could take a while to do, so try the above approaches before proceeding.
