Hy mates.
Does someone know analogue music like Prodigy and Pendulum??? Its pretty nice to play hon during that music and i want to find new artists![]()
<insert sig here>
The Chemical Brothers could work. Never heard the prodigy referred to as analog, but Chemical Brothers seem similar.

If you're simply meaning the genre drum & bass then there's loads for you.
One thing im REALLY in love with myself, and is probably along your alley, even though its not drum & bass, is Blue Stahli:

Thats one of their rougher songs, you should also check out their other stuff, they're pretty awesome.
lol pendulum isn't Drum & Bass (sure a few tracks are DnB like, but thats like saying Kosheen are DnB because their 1st lp was DnB like... they arn't)
Prodigy most certainly are not DnB
Want some DnB go find some EvolIntent, Dillinja, nosia, Concord Dawn or those from Hospitality lp, or go for the darky and dig out some 90's lp's

Oh man I had to check out what the **** you guys were talking about. Pretty awful music (IMO) where is it popular?
Chemical Brothers wasn't what I would classify as DnB but whatever.
Not sure why you think pendulum isn't drum and bass, maybe its because it personally doesn't feel like that for you, but i've been listening pendulum for a long time. Stuff like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_Wj02bM3Js is definitely drum and bass. Im 100% sure that I can find more DnB tracks from pendulum than non DnB any day of the week.
I agree with you on the prodigy part though, thats certainly not real DnB (even though I feel songs like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTugc...eature=related are touching it a little).
Pendulum 1st lp (which I own and do like) was more mainstream dnb but since then? ... Thats why I mentioned Kosheen. Their 1st lp was dnb'y like but their next lp wasnt. Its one thing to dabble in a genre, its another to actually have your roots in it. Bowie has done a couple of dnb tracks, he isn't a dnb producer. Quite a few other people have done dnb tracks, especially around the early "naughties" when dnb went mainstream. Yes I might like a bit more of the dark side of dnb so I might not really call someone that dabbles in it as a dnb producer.
This then highlights what to clasify the majority of their tracks. The majority of kosheen tracks are not dnb so how can they be categorised as such. Likewise the majority of Pendulum's tracks are not dnb (their 2nd lp was more rock-like for starters). Now look at AndyC and the rest of RAM records, or High contrast from Hospitality...
This is why I say Pendulum are not a dnb producer. They have made some dnb tracks BUT they have also done alot of others: house-like, rock-like ...
