Clan tag delete/ change

Hey guys.

Me and my team mates wanted to create a clan with tag ACID [ Acid Overlords ] and the tag was already taken. But in that clan there are 2 members. 1 is deleted or something and other guy didnt come online for 270 days. We are active players and play every day. Is it possible that you delete that clan or change their tag name since they are inactive for so long, so we can use it .
