How I can report a player, who killed me 2-3 times (my team, nyph) and voted a totaly unfair vote to kick me? I don't have the match id, but i still would like to report that player.

No. Vote-kicking, for any reason, is not against the Rules of Conduct. Players that are unanimously vote-kicked will still gain or lose MMR normally for the match and will not receive a leave on their statistics. The vote-kick feature is essential to allow players the opportunity to remove unwanted players. It is currently S2's policy that we do not interfere with the wishes of all nine players when it comes to the removal of the tenth, regardless of the reasoning or motivation.

then it has a match id. go to the in game RAP and report them for griefing? or if (since they were nymph) they used their teleport to move you to a bad location, report it as ability abuse.

Anything related to the 9 man vote kick is not viable to be judged under the RAP. The Ability Abuse that you describe is. You can use the in game RAP form to report the player.
