Prob with updating the new patch .

Hi , im having a problem when i try to update the new patch . Downloading the patch is fine but after the game closes the white small screen that says *waiting for the game to close * stays like that and it won't update the patch that has just been downloaded.
Any idea whats wrong with it ?
I have tried to re download the game from the website and then update but still same problem.

When you reach that stage of the patching where it is trying to close HoN, close HoN via the task manager.
