You said it, its viable to tort, but brutalizer isnt viable to anyone. I also like to pick blood stone to defiler. I get early helm and mana ring which I dissamble to blood stone later.

Yeah brutalizer is a decent anti-carry item.

The item is decent, but there is ALWAYS better items to pick up. Theres a reason why I havent ever seen basher in competitive game.
and what is that reason?i know they mostly go for sb for dps,but what other items do they get?
Depends on the hero, why dont you go and watch some games. I bet you would learn something useful.
I disagree. Brutaliser is fantastic on magebane. He has the attackspeed to get procs constantly and otherwise lacks any way to lock someone down and lay into them without help from his team.
Steam boots, shield/helm, cleaver, shrunken, brutaliser then either riftshards, savage mace or shieldbreaker. That's typically my build on MB and it works really nicely. Pop shrunken, blink onto the carry, destroy him then move onto the supports as they flee in terror while your team takes down anyone else (ie tanks, magic damage dps)
Certainly it's not a necessary item and other builds will definitely work just as well, but to say it's useless or bad is pretty much just plain wrong.
You have no clue how to mb according to your build... You even skip the best item mb can have, geometers bane. You prior the wrong targets... First supports cause mb destroy them in matter of seconds.
Build: steams, helm, frostburn/only firebrand, geo, fws/bkb,fws/bkb, wingbow. Upgrade helm into heart later and if you dont need bkb you can get something like savage/abyssals. I usually skip bkb completely cause with right positioning you can easily carry w/o if your opponents arent that good.
Please dont listen to this guy, he is completely clueless in this game.

Geos is another great item. I wouldn't count abyssal as useful when compared to other items he can get, and I much prefer SB to FWS. . I don't really rate wingbow. Don't say I'm clueless just because our builds differ, both are perfectly viable. Don't be so up yourself please. My main point was simply that brutaliser is NOT a useless item on melee carries. I'm not getting into an argument over magebane builds. There are an infinite combination of items that will work, especially since many are situational. This will be my last post regarding brutaliser, and regarding magebane as we're getting off topic and I have nothing further to say about it.
Yes they might work, but why not just build the best way?? I dont get your logic... I use the best builds always, dunno about rest of you.

Ikir, you're a dumbass. Learn the game before you start telling others that they argue badly. Tip: Look for attack modifiers, what they are, which items provide them and do they stack.

also stun isnt all in that game its just only good at disabling but i dont play like a disable and i dont need a disable in that game
i farm first shrunken in that game then elder i need improve my dps cuz of elder +15 damage also i farm frostburn for his mov speed when my shrunken ends pebbles stun throw devs decay on of jeres perma %28 slow really hurts me also frostburn gives attack speed and more str also i can farm symbol of rage in that game but i dont farm cuz of ye its better item may be but im whole game roamed go other lane stun him waste his time etc. i need more regen etc.
also with last words im %100 sure u cant win that game and go score like 1/3
extra when jere ulted my basher totally useless cuz i cant deal any damage but frostburns mov speed let me chance to catch him again

how about tdl?she has a slow but it is not that good.or pred?he is kited like hell and his 1st doesn't slow that big.what he needs is a stun and basher gives it.
Judging by the players on both teams in that game and the item pickups I'm very surprised that anyone in that game is over 1500. If you had farmed SOR on top of elder and frostburn I would have literally pissed myself laughing at your retardation.
And please learn to speak english, it's really hard to understand what the hell you're attempting to say.
